I explored a lot into the features offered by the various blogging sites and found that the best management is offered by Wordpress. That is the reason that I am transferring all my post to wordpress. Would take a lil time to have all the links migrated, Till then all my posts would be accessible at both the locations. I think it would take another weeks time to update all the links on the site.
